Greetings, all fellow Family Rights Activists:
We are very pleased to announce...
We will begin filings of the county classactions soon after Parent's Day!
We have National Support and TeamworkThe Classactions national event is supported by: (1)
a top-level [national] legal team of seventy-seven (77) pro se civil rights scholars, not counting all the additional people involved at state and lower levels...;
(2) the UCRCoA National and Regional leadership teams at 60 people strong...; (3) an "eblitz" team for handling widespread standardized communications to the general
public...; (4) assorted smaller teams for handling various logistics and other items and
tasks...; and (5), last, but certainly not least, the hundreds of people
acting as state and county team leaders in all this... If you have the
relevant skills or interest, you are certainly welcome to assist, and will be guided as needed. The fast-growing national communications framework is also being used for all other family rights 2008 public events.
State-based v. County-based Comparison SpreadsheetBut, first, for all those persons familiar with the earlier state-based (2004) classaction lawsuits, here is a spreadsheet breakdown in comparison between the state-based classactions and the new county-based classaction total agenda:

What USA counties are filing first?
Please look at this link to see the 952 biggest counties/cities that are filing
the classactions for sure during the opening salvo:
See the copy of the color USA counties/cities spreadsheet?
Every county (or independent
city, etc.) that has a US Census 2006 estimated population number of
50,000 or more is
marked in TWO ways: (1) the county/etc. name is Bold, and (2)
the population number is yellow
on a red fill for that cell. Every county (or independent
city, etc.) that has a US Census 2005 estimated population density of 83.9 or
more people per square mile (the national median density) is marked by the
county/city name cell filled in
blue. Densely-populated areas are the best places to physically
hand out flyers, post stuff on grocery billboards, in laundromats, and all of
that kind of stuff, so if a county name cell is filled in blue, then that county is recognized for
tightly-packed people everywhere. If a population number is marked with
red, then that county was
selected as one of the initial (for sure) counties/cities that will be filing,
along with any others ready. Also, any other county/city may file their own
classaction lawsuit after the opening salvo, as soon as they are each ready.
We are nearly complete with reflecting the actual, current contact information for all 952
selected red counties/cities, giving us effective
representation for enough USA counties/cities to cover well over 250 million people, or better than 86% of
the entire USA population.
Go to the new
United Civil Rights Councils of America website, particularly the State Chapters and Local Groups pages, to see the hundreds of people leading these efforts across the USA. On
the Local Groups page there, you may click the link to join your own County or Independent City, all the people in your own area, and receive the paperwork to be an official civil rights and/or taxpayer Plaintiff.
Basic Classaction Lawsuit Details
Again, the PLAINTIFFS are generally biological parents
whose child custody was unconstitutionally taken from them, the young adult
children themselves, and any American taxpayer (yes, all 200+
million of them)... The DEFENDANTS in each
classaction are the particular county/city itself, plus all of the
*current* judges, masters, commissioners, etc. in that same county/city that
have the power to "award" or "grant" or remove child custody in divorce,
paternity, and/or CPS proceedings, or the like... Some more eligibility details
are available here:
Each classaction lawsuit will be filed by the people in the local Yahoo
Group for that particular county or independent city. Each of these 3140
specifically-made Yahoo Groups (for every USA county and independent city out
there) can be accessed here at this single web portal:
Each classaction lawsuit will be filed in the local federal district
court that is applicable to that same county or city. You may look/click at
a map, or search by different ways, to find your own local federal district
court here:
Often, a federal district is also broken up into "divisions", typically one
for each large city within that area of the given state. If there are divisions
within your district, then the appropriate division's courthouse will be
used.
People are also encouraged to join their respective State-level Yahoo
Group(s), which are the management discussion level for all of the county and
city Yahoo Groups belonging to that particular State. You can access all 50 of
these Official Classaction State-level Groups here, where any state-specific
legal nuances, and some of the overall guidance of county team leaders, will be
conducted throughout this process:
Massive Electronic Public Blitz Coming
As soon as humanly possible,
the eComm team will take a
few dozen standardized/themed "movement" messages, and
broadcast them out all over the Internet, in various ways, to "hit" most of the
online adult American population, and in order to send
many of them our way
-- towards their own respective
Yahoo county/city Group(s), to find and give
local support for family court reform, to join the certain classaction(s)
that are right for them, and to alert/notice them re: the other various big events
that are already planned by different movement organizations... Then,
within the next week later, we will begin distributing the classaction legal
paperwork packages, out to the eleven federal Circuit Teams, who will tweak and send
out to the state-level leaders, who will tweak again slightly for a couple taxation items in
their own state, and then forward on to all of their respective county team leaders,
for assembling their own plaintiffs and paperwork packages to file in
their own local federal courthouses. During the same time, it is
reasonably expected that their will be either hundreds or thousands of
people from the general public filtering into each of their respective county
and city Yahoo Groups to join the classaction lawsuits - especially since each
of these selected counties/cities already has a population of at least 50,000
people... usually a
lot more... With guidance as needed from each state's
top-level group of leaders, these county/city groups of people will each
gather their own paperwork packages together. Then, during one entire business week
specifically selected when all is ready, it is planned for all of the selected
952
red county/city groups to
file their own lawsuits, and yes, it looks like there will most
probably be an additional 100-150 "non-red" counties/cities that will
also be filing right along in the beginning, for somewhere around
1100 opening salvo shots across the bow...
AS A COUNTY/CITY TEAM LEADER, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO FIND THE OTHER PLAINTIFFS YOURSELF. The electronic blitz should send more local people flowing into your own particular Yahoo county group than you are even ready for... Seriously... In fact, let me say that once more: "more than you are even ready for"... But, even if you can't wait, and want to start recuiting others NOW, you are free to start using any of these several methods for locating other plaintiffs:

Now, PLEASE choose to get involved and help, today:
(1) If needed, volunteer
to be a local team leader for your own county or independent
city "of interest"... While we have lots of listed leaders covering the majority
of the initial 952 red counties/cities, plus others, it is always
better to include fresh local leadership/activism whenever possible, and if
your county/city is a "non-red" area, it may or may not be covered yet. You can
see about your own state, and then any given county/city in that
state, here:
(2)
Consider being a state-level leader, if you don't already
know/think you are. We will use a varying number of state-level "red
leaders" to kick off each state, with more added later. You can
see how many kickoff and final leaders for your state are needed, at the
following link, along with other relevant overall/national information (for
each state, the 2006 estimated population, the total number of counties,
burroughs, parishes, and/or independent cities ["areas"], the number of those
areas that have an estimated population of 50,000 or more ["red areas"], the
number of electoral votes for that state, the *eventual total* number of
state-level leaders for the entire state, and the number of "red" state-level
leaders needed to kickoff the classactions):
Note: If you think you should be a state-level leader, whether
because you know everyone in your state, you are very good with Yahoo and the
Internet and computers in general, and/or because you are experienced in
the law of your state, then please go HERE.
(3) If you have solid
experience in
federal and constitutional law, and you want to
lend your skills to the private classaction legal team, then please go
here;
(4) If you have excellent
English writing, grammar, and punctuation skills, and
a flair for
creative writing, then please contact me directly to assist in tweaking
the standard communications to be used nationally, or please go directly to
here;
(5) If you have solid computer
experience with mass broadcast
communication methods, and/or in
using third-party software tools for major networking sites out there (MySpace,
FaceBook, YouTube, Blogger.com, etc.), then contact me to assist
in that team's part of the overall attack, or please go directly to
here;
(6) If you are a
online
research guru, and/or know how to use software to capture tons of data
quickly across the Internet, and/or are experienced with manipulating large
databases, then please go directly to
here;
(7) If you have access to
large sets of contact information, we could always use even
more, so please send!;
(8) If you pray, then do it...
do it now... do it for everyone involved...
If there are any questions, please don't
hesitate to ask someone.
Besides myself, many of the county team leaders are
already listed online:
I pray this nation, and this nation's
children, can now count on your immediate
help!
Thanks!
