How to OFFICIALLY join the Indiana
noncustodial class action lawsuit
(there is no cost to do
this!)
(also, you can see if your Indiana county
has an official county coordinator here)
The Indiana motions for joinder and intervention are "on hold", pending a rework
of the Indiana class action lawsuit, which is being resurrected with a new angle, due
to various fraudulent actions by the previous judge, John D. Tinder, who had no legal
authority in the first Indiana class action, due to various involvements with other
federal lawsuits filed in the past... It is a long and involved history, and too much
to go into detail here.
Please stay tuned, as new stuff is coming very soon. It is recommended to join
the online IndianaCRC Yahoo! group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/IndianaCRC) in order
to stay abreast of these new events as they happen. Thanks! and, Keep the Faith!
For your reference, here are PDF copies of the recent filings made in
response to the State's motion to dismiss.
You should review both of these documents carefully to understand what we
are dealing with in this case.
