This is a GREAT - and basically FREE - way to contact *lots* and *lots* of still unknown NCPs and CPS victims (and who knows how many sympathetic Taxpayers!) out there, and to help you at least also recruit enough people as other county team leaders in your own state... both reasons.

The basic idea:
1 - the Internet is chock-full of lists of email addresses... some of the best places are the "Alumni" pages of college and university websites, and even better: the "Alumni" pages from high school websites... there's also "staff" and "employee" directories of businesses, and etc., etc. -- you get the idea...
2 - out of every group of email addresses, there are bound to be so many of them belonging to noncustodial parents... and, nowadays, with the culture/society the way it is, the percentage is likely much higher than it would have been in the past... moreover, even those people who aren't noncustodial parents themselves may know someone who is -- like a son, daughter, brother, sister, second husband, second wife, or etc...
3 - copy and paste all of these "Alumni" email directories into ONE text file (Notepad), and then send to me or your own state-level leader. A couple of computer programs will process your text file, still containing all of the extra "junk" in it from all of your webpages' copy/pastes, and you will get back a simple text file with all of your new unique email addresses in a single column listing, perfect for using within a free mass emailer tool like "Lite Mail" version 2.2, freely available at http://www.download.com (search for the software company "Sprika" at the top search box on the download.com website, and you will see "Lite Mail" version 2.2 (don't get version 3.x, because it is NOT free...) on the search results page.). That way, you can send out your recruiting message to hundreds or thousands of new people, all at once, automatically.

Do this, then:
1 - Simply start browsing all the high school websites that are online for your state, go to their "Alumni" webpages, where they have *unprotected* lists of tons and tons of email addresses, and just copy/paste the entire webpages of these lists into a plain text file... The more computer-skilled people reading this could even use "View -> Source" to get these email lists, if they are embedded into the HTML code but not visible directly on the webpage, and still just copy and paste that embedded html code right into the plain text file -- again, it still works ok with my programs... also, all you need is just one great big text file containing all the copy/pastes that you did...
2 - Spend a day or two gathering up all the email lists that you can find for your ONE state, and then email me the raw text file as an attachment -- for example, I spent the better part of just one day, copying and pasting as described above, and this raw text file was 4.5mb in size... but, after I ran it through my programs, I ended up with a single-file list of over 23,600 new email addresses that was about 500kb in size... not that that matters... but, just imagine! -- well over 23,000 new unique email addresses for mostly graduates from Indiana schools!!... I gathered about 27,400 new email addresses on the next day...
3 - I will then run it through the processes, to strip out all the email addresses...
4 - I can either return the new list of emails, so that YOU can "spam" them out yourself, or send them out from here, or - better yet, since this will quickly get SOOOO big - we should come up with a "distribution team" who can take sections of these email lists, and start blasting them out from different email accounts...

Yes -- the method is kinda like "spam", but, techically, political activism is not considered spam, which is really the unsolicited "sales pitch" for a product or service to be paid for... but, even if it *was* spam, do we really care, when the government is doing to us what it does to us everyday??? This is guerilla war, ladies and gentlemen...

I'm also looking for volunteers who have AutoCAD v14 or higher, and wants to get in on the action of processing raw text files of email addresses, since the programs are LISP programs... If you have used AutoCAD, you probably know what I am talking about.

I would be glad to share these LISP programs with anyone out there who uses AUTOCAD, which is a must to run these programs (must be at least version 14 or higher, due to certain function calls -- v14 was circa 1996 -- I'm using v2002 myself -- by the way, it's how I make and automatically maintain most of the webpages on the Indiana Civil Rights Council website, just for trivia's sake...)...
